How to Access the Gym (New Guests & Members)

Any Members wanting to use or get a new Key Fob, please visit the front of the building - Olean Physical Therapy 7am-6pm Weekdays

For New Members after hours or on weekends please follow the directions for phone access: 

Do not create a new account if you have ever been a member or guest before.

Each person can only have one access method: 

Key fob OR Bluetooth app (not both).

Your Identification Number is your access credential for the facility.

Only Registered and active members may access the facility via Bluetooth phone access

1. Go to our Self-Service Member Portal (click here).
2. Log in or Create an Account.
   1. If you are a previous or current member, do not register. Reset your password or contact us.
   2. New Members select "Create an Account"
3. Once Logged in, users may purchase a day pass or month membership  and access their "User Number" For the Bluetooth Phone access app
   1. To receive your User Number, first, select your profile (your full name) in the tab in the upper left
   2. The 6 digit "Member ID" in Membership Information is the "User Number" for the Wave Passport App

For New Members once registered, a membership can be purchased and access the facility for the day, anytime of day

If existing members have used a key fob the app may not recognize your account, contact us for assistance
